How You Can Pay

Choose whichever suits you. Card and digital wallet payments are processed securely by Stripe; bank transfers and sponsor invoices are arranged with our finance team.

Debit & credit card

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Available for one-off payments and instalment plans

Apple Pay & Google Pay

Offered automatically at checkout on a supported device or browser. The same Stripe protections apply as to a card payment.

Available for one-off payments

Bank transfer

Available on request for learners paying the full tuition fee, and for employers or sponsors settling an invoice. Contact us and we will issue an invoice with our bank details and your unique payment reference.

Available for full payments and sponsored learners

Employer or sponsor invoice

If your employer is funding your studies, send us a purchase order or a letter of sponsorship on company letterhead and we will invoice them directly. Your place is confirmed once we receive the purchase order.

Payment terms of 30 days from the invoice date

Paying in Instalments

Level 7 Diplomas and most longer programmes can be paid monthly. Instalment plans are interest-free — the total you pay is the same as the published tuition fee.

  1. 01

    Pay a deposit

A 25% deposit is taken at checkout. This confirms your place on the intake and releases your first unit.

  2. 02

    Spread the balance

The remaining 75% is split into equal monthly payments across the duration of your programme — typically 6 to 10 months depending on the course.

  3. 03

    Payments collect automatically

Each instalment is taken from the card you used at checkout on the same day of the month. You will get an email reminder 3 days beforehand.

  4. 04

    Settle early whenever you like

You can pay off the outstanding balance in full at any point from your learner portal at no extra cost.

Terms that apply to every instalment plan

  • Instalment plans are available to individual learners only. Employers and sponsors are invoiced on 30-day terms instead.
  • Your place on the intake is confirmed once the deposit clears. Access to later units continues as long as your plan is up to date.
  • If a payment fails we retry it after 3 working days and email you. If it fails again, campus access is paused until the account is brought up to date — your progress and submitted work are never deleted.
  • A missed payment does not cancel your enrolment. Contact learner support before a payment is due if you need to move a date or change plan; we would rather rearrange than suspend access.
  • Certificates are issued once the full tuition fee has been paid and all units have been passed.

What Your Tuition Fee Covers

One fee, published on each course page. Here is exactly what sits inside it and what does not.

  • All learning materials and unit guides on the online campus
  • Named tutor support and written assignment feedback
  • Formative feedback on one draft per unit

  • Your digital certificate and transcript on completion

Charged separately

  • Optional printed or couriered certificates
  • Additional resubmissions beyond the first free one per unit
  • Recommended wider reading and textbooks not supplied on the campus
  • Top-up degree fees charged by a university partner
  • Any bank charges applied by your own bank on an international transfer
