Dr. David Gordon

Independent Advisory Board Member
Dr David Gordon is an Associate Professor and Teacher Fellow with extensive experience in higher education and commercial marketing. He has held senior academic leadership positions, including Associate Head of Department and Subject Head, and has led Global MBA and MSc programmes.
Dr. Richard Thain
Dr Richard Thain is an experienced higher education leader, strategist, and innovator with more than 25 years of experience across academia, professional education, digital learning, and organisational leadership. He has successfully led educational institutions, developed international partnerships, and driven strategic growth across universities, professional bodies, and independent higher education providers.

Andrea Frances Khan
Operations
Andrea Khan is an education leader and qualified educator, holding a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education, with over 30 years’ experience across higher, further, adult and professional education. She has extensive expertise in curriculum development, quality assurance and programme leadership, and has worked closely with Ofsted and awarding bodies to drive continuous improvement and positive learner outcomes.

Frederick oversees the delivery of technology projects at educateU, supporting the organisation’s commitment to accessible, high-quality education. He works closely with academic, business and development teams to align digital solutions with organisational priorities and the needs of learners.
